There were several of us traveling for work and it took three people over 20 minutes to check in. I don't feel it was a staff issue but rather a very slow computer system. The front desk staff are friendly but checking in takes a long time. It's not bad but I wouldn't call it high end either. I have stayed in the 12 Tribes Casino Hotel twice in the past month.
